Extension Activities of the Department
As competitive examinations require students to solve mathematical questions within a short time, the department motivates and helps students to use “Vedic Mathematics” for solving mathematics questions quickly and correctly with mathematics short tricks.
Department of mathematics organizes various events for students development.
- The Department Mathematics celebrates National Mathematics Day on 22nd December on the occasion of Birth Anniversary of Great Mathematician Shriniwasa Ramanujan.
- Department organizes Expert talk or Guest lecture from other institute faculties on different topics of mathematics.
- Department organizes Poster Competition for students on various topics of mathematics.
- Department motivates students to participate in various university level competitions in AVISHKAR.
- Department organizes educational tour for students to visit mathematics institutes to know the future scope of subject for career.
